Receptionist/Admistrative Assistant - Open Position

Mayfield Financial Services is looking to hire a well-organized, enthusiastic, polished professional to serve as our Director of First Impressions/Receptionist. We are seeing a unique individual to fulfill this multi-dimensional position on a full-time basis. This individual will greet customers, answer phones, perform general clerical duties and contribute to the overall team effort by creating an exceptional customer experience. In addition, this individual will provide executive assistance to the President of the company.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on the phone and in person
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule customer meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Perform tasks and projects assigned by the President of the company

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Polished, professional experience acceptable for a business casual atmosphere
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability is a must
  • Ability to learn and utilize the firm's various software programs
  • Reliability

Prerequisite:

  • Experience working in a customer service or related capacity
