Joel Jacob joined Mayfield Financial Services in September 2025 as a Junior Staff Accountant. He supports the team’s strategic tax planning, business accounting, and client service initiatives, ensuring tailored, detail-driven solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Originally from Kuwait, Joel’s global perspective was shaped by his academic journey in Bangalore, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree and began his career in corporate tax at Grant Thornton, where he built strong expertise in tax compliance, advisory work, and client service. In 2024, Joel moved to the United States to pursue advanced studies, earning a Master of Accounting in May 2025. He is currently working towards his CPA designation.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and sharing stories from his global experiences.
