Kevin Currutt recently joined the firm as a financial advisor. He was born and raised in Chesterland and graduated from West Geauga High School in 1997. After having spent the last 23 years living between Hawaii, Utah and Wyoming Kevin recently relocated back to his hometown with his wife Heidi and two daughters Ireland and Sophia.
Kevin graduated from the University of Utah in 2005. He spent several years working in various industries prior to finding his true passion for financial planning in 2014. He quickly found that as a financial advisor he could make an impact helping families protect loved ones financially, enable them to enjoy life’s passions in a financially responsible manner, while preparing them to maintain their ideal lifestyle throughout retirement.
Kevin’s ultimate goal, to help educate families on financial literacy not taught in school, has inspired him to continually increase his own knowledge of the financial industry to better serve his clients. Kevin received his CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation in 2017, ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation in 2018, RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional) and CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designations in 2021. He also holds various securities licenses including his Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65. He plans to begin working on his MSFS (Master of Science in Financial Services) in the Fall of 2022.
In his free time Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and biking with his wife Heidi and playing lousy golf with his friends.
